Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-10-29 · Terms of Service · Privacy Policy · Data Processing Agreement
This policy applies to every ORBEAT user and is part of the Terms of Service. It exists to protect customers’ music, the people whose data is in ORBEAT and the service itself.
1. Lawful use only
Do not use ORBEAT for anything unlawful, or to help anyone else do so.
2. Rights and credits
Do not upload or share music, lyrics or recordings you have no rights or permission for.
Do not present an uncleared sample as cleared, do not claim authorship or shares that are not yours, and do not misstate in the metadata who created the work or how artificial intelligence was used.
3. Email and contacts
Do not send unwanted email. Follow the commercial email laws that apply (for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, CASL in Canada and the data laws of Brazil and Mexico): identify yourself, do not use misleading subject lines and honor unsubscribes, which ORBEAT records.
Do not load purchased lists or data about people without a legal basis to handle it. Do not impersonate another person or company.
4. Security
Do not try to probe, scan or get around access controls, the watermark, download or usage limits or any other protection. Do not upload malicious code.
Do not decompile or reverse engineer ORBEAT except where the law expressly allows it. Do not extract data with bots or scripts or overload the service.
5. Accounts
Do not share your account, do not resell or sublicense access and do not use ORBEAT to build a product that competes with it.
6. Artificial intelligence
Do not use the artificial intelligence features to produce unlawful content or use their results to train other models. Review every result before you use it.
7. Signatures
Do not sign for someone else without their authorization, do not forge a signature and do not try to alter a sealed document.
8. Personal data
Keep other people’s data only when you need it and in the fields made for it. Tax and identification data goes only in the private fields ORBEAT offers for that purpose.
9. Sanctions
Do not use ORBEAT from a country or for a person subject to United States sanctions.
10. What happens on a breach
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break this policy, and we will tell the customer. To report abuse, write to privacy@marsmusic.pro.
